     Some application forms may be available in the Dental Hygiene Department.

Financial aid programs have strict deadlines for receipt of application; therefore,
file as early as possible. Generally, students receiving financial aid are required
to register for at least 12 credit hours per semester, although some assistance is available for part-time study of at least 6 credit hours per semester.
