American Dental Hygienists' Association The American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA) was formed in 1923 to develop communication and mutual cooperation among dental hygienists. Today, ADHA is the largest national organization representing the professional interests of the more than 120,000 registered dental hygienists (RDHs) in the United States.
Student American Dental Hygienists' Association SADHA is the student opportunity to participate in the ADHA. It provides a forum for students to become involved in various professional activities: health fairs, conferences, community outreach opportunities, serving special needs populations, discovering the roles of dental hygienists in the community, exploration of job opportunities, evaluation of dental products, and development of leadership skills. The meetings are held once a month during the lunch hour. Membership applications will be distributed during the first week of classes. Please DO NOT apply on-line.
